- First Course - Smoked Bay Scallop Escabeche with SPECIAL RELEASE
fresno chilies, pineapple, passionfruit, ginger, cucumber, fennel with taro chips
- Second Course - Citrus & Jicama Salad with Hazers Gonna Haze (Hazy IPA)
cara cara and blood orange, achiote beets, toasted pistachios, mache with chicken chicharrones, and a hazy IPA chile vinaigrette
- Third Course - Braised Lamb Mole with Viva La Beaver (Mexican hot chocolate stout)
all-natural lamb in house-made mole with smashed plantains, chayote, radish & fennel salad
- Fourth Course - Milk Chocolate Tart paired with Batch 9 Sour (blonde sour beer blend - 12.7 oz. bottle)

Serves 2. Reheating instructions will be included. Guests have the option to either pick-up their dinner from Belching Beaver Brewery Oceanside, or for a nominal fee, have the meal delivered to their residence.

Local Delivery Radius is 30 Miles from MIHO in Kearny Mesa - Must show valid ID to receive the delivery. The delivery window is 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, February 5.
If you select a Pickup Ticket, your beer dinner will be available at Belching Beaver Brewery Oceanside between 4 pm - 6 pm on Friday, February 5.
