Bird's Milk II is the second iteration of our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Bottle Logic Brewing! Brewed with Marshmallows and lactose, then aged 20 months to perfection in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels. After the barrel aging process, this beer was conditioned on Ethiopian Coffee and Ghanian Cacao Nibs.

RELEASE: Online Sale starts at noon Thursday, September 19, 2019. Bottles will be available for pick up starting Saturday, September 21, 2019 at noon.
PICK UP WINDOW: Saturday, September 21, 2019 at noon until Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 8pm. All bottles must be picked up during tasting room hours. All bottles not picked up during the above-stated dates and times will no longer be available and no refunds will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. Only purchase bottles if you are positive you can make the pickup window.
RULES: No drinking bottles in the tasting room or parking lot. No growler fills available. Draft pours will be available beginning Saturday, September 21 at noon until the keg kicks. We will have extremely limited draft available.
